21.Products prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or clearly personal needs and unsuitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, disposable products, goods at risk of rapid spoilage or likely to pass their expiry date; products whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery; products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature; goods relating to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement; services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, and computer consumables cannot be returned pursuant to the Regulation if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, pursuant to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.
22.For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be eligible for return, their packaging must be unopened, untested, intact, and unused.
