3SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website. Prices remain valid for the period during which they are announced.

9GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER acknowledges having read and accepted the preliminary information.
The product shall be delivered within 30 days.
The SELLER may supply an equivalent product where necessary.
If performance becomes impossible, the price shall be refunded within 14 days.
If payment is not completed, the delivery obligation ceases.
In cases of unauthorized use of a credit card, the applicable refund obligations shall apply.
Delivery may be postponed in cases of force majeure.
The BUYER must inspect the product before accepting delivery.
The SELLER may contact the BUYER through the provided contact details.
The BUYER is obliged to comply with applicable legislation when using the site.
The SELLER is not responsible for third-party website links.
10RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
The withdrawal notice must be made in writing.
The invoice, return form, product, and accessories must be returned complete.
The SELLER shall refund the price within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Any decrease in value arising from the BUYER's fault shall be borne by the BUYER.
11PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Products prepared to personal specifications, opened products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, digital content, unsealed recordings and software, and similar items cannot be returned.

12DEFAULT

In the event of default on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the relevant bank shall apply. The BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any losses incurred.

13COMPETENT COURTS

In case of disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts shall have jurisdiction. Application thresholds shall be applied in accordance with the legislation.

14ENTRY INTO FORCE

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement upon making payment.
