1PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ON OUR WEBSITE
You can take advantage of our online single payment or online installment options with all types of credit cards. For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the event of order cancellations due to possible cancellation or stock issues, the refund to your credit card will be made within 3 business days.
2REFUND OF THE ORDER AMOUNT
In the event that your order is cancelled for any reason, COLLAXIR ARGE VE BİYOTEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account details and/or credit card details accurately and completely to our company's finance officers.
3DELIVERY
We strive to hand your ordered products over to the cargo company on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the shipping time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. You will be informed in the event of a possible delivery delay.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you can be found during the day as your delivery address.
Your requests will be processed for preparation according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Istanbul-based company via the cargo company. Your orders are handed over to the cargo company no later than 2 (two) business days after confirmation.
You may consult our customer representative regarding alternative delivery terms. Shipping is only available within Türkiye.
4PAYMENT TRACKING
If the system cannot complete the transaction due to any problem, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
In the event of an error in the specified address, the ordering party is contacted regarding orders that cannot be delivered.
The validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor is confirmed via an automatic e-mail sent following the transmission of the order.
Regarding the completion of delivery, we are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.
PLEASE NOTE!
Open and inspect packages you believe may have been damaged during shipping in the presence of the delivery company representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept it and have a damage report drawn up by the cargo company.
Once the product has been accepted, the cargo company is deemed to have fully performed its duty.

Once you have completed these steps, we will start working on your package and arrange a repeat delivery as soon as possible.
